The Founder and President of Fleming Advisors International is Jack Fleming, a broadly experienced life insurance professional with knowledge of both North American and international markets.

The NewLink Group consists of approximately 100 highly experienced professionals with expertise in business, information technology and management consulting.

NewLink is focused on the wealth management and insurance industry and specializes in business engineering and strategy, e-business, IT solutions, management of change and implementation.

Peter Russel

Peter has over 30 years of experience in the development and leadership of retail distribution channels for financial services, specifically at RBC Dominion Securities where he was the member of the Executive Committee responsible for over 1500 investment advisors. Most recently he worked with the Vice-Chairman in charge of Wealth Management for the Royal Bank to merge all the companies that today form RBC Investments.

Robert Allard

Robert worked for 30 years for Sun Life Financial, one of the largest international financial institutions in Canada. As a principal officer in the Canadian organization for eleven years, he held top management positions in the group, individual, agency and information services divisions. He has developed specific expertise in client management, information technology , public relations and distribution management.

Terry Bedard

Terry is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a professional engineer and an MBA graduate with over 27 years of experience in the leadership of institutional investment operations at Sun Life Financial. During his career at Sun Life, Terry had responsibility for the investment counsel company and the investment operations in Canada and later for the development of investment policy and the  oversight of investment activity for the insurance operations worldwide. He was also involved in acquisitions, systems implementation, regulatory compliance and governance.
