Who We Are

The Watchorn Advisory Group was established by Lee Watchorn to provide a broad range of advice  and assistance to senior managers and leaders.

Lee is an actuary and was a Principal Officer for 20 years with Sun Life Financial, one of Canada's largest international financial institutions. Lee was in charge of all of Sun Life's businesses in Canada for 8 years. This included all aspects of the insurance businesses - individual, group life and health, pensions and distribution - as well as mutual funds, investment management and trust services.

Lee also worked for a year in Sun Life's international headquarters where he was responsible for strategic planning, risk management and acquisitions and dispositions for the Company's worldwide operations.

Strategic Alliances & Associations

The Watchorn Advisory Group offers a wide range of services without a large staff and the associated overhead. Instead the firm has established strategic alliances with a number of national and international firms with broad experience and records of success in many areas of financial services. The Group has also developed associations with a team of senior executives who have expertise and experience in many specialized areas.
